How far in advance should I place my order?

We confirm bookings up 3 months in advance. Reach out to confirm availability.

Do you offer custom cake designs?

Yes you can submit your design ideas and inspiration photos through our Custom Order Request Form, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Can I request a specific flavor or filling?

Absolutely. We offer a variety of cake flavors and fillings. Let us know your preferences in the inquiry form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your taste.

Where are you located?

We are based in South Surrey BC, and operate as a custom-order bakery. Pick-up and delivery details will be confirmed during your order process.

Do you offer nut-free, gluten-free, or vegan options?

We take every precaution to ensure that our surfaces are sanitized before preparing a nut free order. Please note however that this is not a nut free facility therefore products are labeled as "may contain nuts".

Do you offer edible image printing?

Yes, we offer custom edible image printing for cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. You can upload your image directly through the form or have it designed by us.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work, all deposits / sales are final.

Do you provide packaging, candles, and toppers?

Yes! We offer a full range of packaging and party accessories under our Shop section. You can order candles, toppers, boxes, and more directly from the site.
